Focus on whole, unprocessed foods - think vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, and healthy fats. Try to fill half your plate with non-starchy veggies and keep portions of carbs moderate. Don't skip meals; instead, aim for consistent eating times to help stabilize your blood sugar.
